Amanda (Whipple) White took these two photos while driving through Lingle, Wyoming, with her family on March 26, 2021. She sent them to the webmaster that same day.

Of the second photo, the Library of Congress writes:
Patriotically painted bandshell in Lingle, Wyoming's Whipple Park, named after Ivan Whipple, a lineman employed by Wyrulec Company, an early distributor of electricity in southeastern Wyoming. The bandshell was built by the Great Depression-era Works Progress Administration (WPA) in 1941-42.

Thank you, Amanda!
